Garfield Jarrett, a Marine Corps veteran, has found solace in farming. He is the owner and operator of Cool Runnings Organic Farms, which is a diverse operation that raises goats, poultry, cows, and grows tropical fruits and vegetables.
According to Jarrett, "I did all the different types of therapy you can do as a veteran, and I tried them all but didn’t get the same as I get when I work with the land. I can live a happy and healthy life."
